The collective skills of a team of professionals with experience in event planning, marketing and management has been co-opted to develop and implement this project. The event will therefore be planned, managed and implemented by Showmax Productions (N. Lauderdale) in association with Actionplan Promotions (Jamaica).

Barrington Bucknor – Action Plan Promotions Limited, (Jamaica)

Garth Grant, Insurance Adviser - Guardian Life Ltd, ( Jamaica)

A Hanoverian, a Rusea's old student who pursued a career in Accounting , with 16 years in public service working at Cornwall Regional Hospital in Montego Bay. He has spent the last five years with Guardian Life Insurance.

Dr. Vonnie McGowan-Arscott - President - McGowan Arscott and Assoc.,

Dr. McGowan-Arscott has a background in Broadcast Journalism and a wealth of experience organizing conferences for charitable, private, and commercial entities ranging in from intimate functions to International conferences including: Celebrations and fundraising for the Jamaica Amateur Athletic Association JAAA for Track and Field Teams preparing for 2010 games, 2011 World Championships in Korea and 2012 Olympics in London, England.

International cross cultural event to benefit Haitian relief effort in collaboration with various Municipalities and organizations in a 20,0000 capacity stadium in Florida. International Conference Manager: Bank Insolvency in the Caribbean Law and Best Practice which hosted 400 International delegates in Montego Bay Jamaica.

She also serves as the President for the Jamaica United Relief Association and is the founder of Nostalgia in Gold.
